Dr. Nicula is the Head of the National Centre for Modelling and Simulation in Intelligence at the “Mihai Viteazul” National Intelligence Academy.
He is a researcher with over 10 years of experience in the field of security studies and intelligence, holding a PhD in Information and National Security from the „Mihai Viteazul” National Intelligence Academy.

Dr. Nicula has published over 20 articles and book chapters in the security and intelligence studies domain, addressing risk analysis, intelligence analysis methods and strategic communication. He is also is a member of the editorial staff of the Romanian Intelligence Studies Review and has been involved in several scientific research projects, as follows:
