Teodora Dobre graduated “Mihai Viteazul” National Intelligence Academy (Romania), with both B.A. and master’s degrees in intelligence analysis and security studies.

She is pursuing a Ph.D. in Sociology, at the Doctoral School of Sociology, University of Bucharest with a thesis on decision-making processes and authority in national security institutions and has experience in teaching.
